Michael Ganley, Division Director

Mike joined ALKU in 2012 as Director of ALKU Government Solutions. Mike continuously to proves himself to be an innovative and decisive business leader, having more than 25 years of industry experience in a variety of capacities, including forecasting, planning, leadership, and mentoring. Mike’s extensive experience and passion for the development of his people has made him a valuable addition to the ALKU team.  Previously to joining ALKU, Mike worked at Sotera Defense Solutions, leading a portfolio of business.  In that role, Mike was responsible for managing and directing Client Delivery Services across multiple programs within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.  Customers serviced included JIEDDO, US Army, US Air Force, NRO, NGA, NSA and Other Intel customers.  More specifically, Mike was responsible for Business Development, Capture Management, Program Management, Contract Management, Oversea Deployments and overall Service Delivery for his clients and employees.  These responsibilities were within the Technical/Functional Enterprise IT and Intelligence Analytics arenas. As current Director of ALKU Government Solutions, Mike is responsible for overseeing the management of all personnel, production and operational aspects of the Government Division. This includes excelling in many roles for the Department of Defense and intelligence community clients – leading a full sales department, program management, as well as project integration and implementation life cycles.

Outside of ALKU:

When Mike is not in the ALKU Government Solutions office, he can be found on the golf course or spending his free time with his family.


Nate Rose, Division Manager

Nate Rose joined ALKU in 2010, as a Resource Manager for ALKU Government Solution’s parent company ALKU Technologies. During Nate’s time at ALKU, he has been a top producer and a valued mentor. Many of these mentored employees have achieved success in a short period of time due to Nate’s leadership and guidance. Nate has continued to lead the way with his work ethic, positive attitude and natural leader qualities.  Nate was promoted into management just two years after joining the company. Once again, Nate showed immediate success and in a short time was promoted to the Division Manager of ALKU Government Solutions. In his role as Division Manager of ALKU Government Solutions, he is responsible for building and leading the resource management efforts, including leadership, retention and division growth. Nate acts as a dedicated resource for each employee at ALKU Government Solutions and is always willing to go the extra mile for each individual.

ALKU-osophy:

Nate believes that in order to be successful, a person must possess great communication skills as well as be able to have great communication within their teams.

Outside of ALKU:

When Nate is not in the ALKU Government Solutions office, you can find him rooting on his favorite sports teams or golfing.


Mark Eldridge, CEO

Mark Eldridge has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. Prior to opening ALKU, Mark held the role of COO at one of the nation’s largest IT consulting firms.  In this role Mark managed the development of additional business lines and was instrumental in the company’s growth and expansion into new geographic regions.  Through his experience, Mark gained extensive insight into the industry and noticed a significant need for reliable, highly specialized resource services and solutions.

ALKU-osophy: 

Mark believes the success of ALKU (and each of its dedicated divisions) is directly due to its people.  Mark and the management team at ALKU share a strong passion for development of internal personnel and take pride in providing a culturally sound workplace for all employees.

Outside of ALKU:

When he isn’t helping others advance their careers, Mark can be found mentoring at-risk youths or volunteering to support this worthy cause. For recreation, Mark enjoys perfecting his swing on the golf course, training for his latest road race, or spending time in Maine boating and kayaking with his family.


Kathie Boles, CFO

Kathie has more than 15 years’ experience within the finance and accounting realm. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – Isenberg School of Management. Prior to joining ALKU, Kathie worked as an accountant for several Boston based companies and had responsibility for varying financial operations.  This experience has made her the perfect fit as the Chief Financial Officer of ALKU. As the CFO, Kathie manages all financial facets of the organization. Kathie’s responsibilities include setting strategic direction and creating corporate governance that establish policies, tactical guidelines, as well as operational processes. This encompasses the management efforts of all personnel who handle ALKU’s banking, payroll, invoicing, treasury, collections, and tax and client services.

ALKU-osophy:

Kathie believes that each and every employee should have a voice in the company.  She strives to ensure that each employee’s opinions and input are valued and that everyone feels they are a significant part of the success at ALKU.

Outside of ALKU:

In her downtime, Kathie enjoys playing guitar, working out, and spending time with her family.


Matt Ovanes, Executive Vice President

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry.   Before coming on board at ALKU, Matt held roles as Director at two large consulting firms. In these roles Matt was responsible for things such as, the development and growth of sales teams, as well as the expansion and management of company business lines.  As the Executive Vice President of ALKU, Matt is responsible for providing strategic direction for all business development as well as overseeing all management personnel within each of its business lines.  Matt works to optimize ALKU’s business growth potential by identifying and targeting new opportunities.  In addition, Matt strongly supports ALKU’s objective to build strong lasting relationships with business partners.

Matt believes in putting your best employee on your best opportunity, which has enabled him to develop a strong leadership team.

Outside of ALKU:

In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, as well as skiing and golfing.


David Bruner, Vice President of Business Development/Founder

Dave has over twelve years of experience in the consulting industry. Prior to joining ALKU, Dave worked for a large consulting firm where he excelled in his production role. His responsibilities grew over the course of his career, making him an expert in account development and growth strategy. Dave joined ALKU in 2008 as one of its founding partners. His business knowledge and experience has made him a perfect fit in his role as Vice President of Business Development. As VP of Business Development his responsibilities include starting new divisions, managing client growth, sustaining long term business partnerships, as well as overseeing large opportunity development and plans. Dave works directly with senior management to consistently identify and target new opportunities in effort to optimize ALKU’s business growth.

Dave believes that dedication along with hard work is essential in yielding success within this business.

When Dave is not at ALKU he enjoys spending time with his family.


Kate Lelievre, Director of Operations

Prior to joining ALKU, Kate held multiple roles within client services and operations in a number of industries.  Kate joined ALKU in 2010 as one of the company’s first administrators. Her take charge personality combined with her organizational and problem solving skills allowed her to take on several new roles and promotions within the company.  Today, as the Director of Operations, Kate manages all personnel and operational aspects of the Human Resources, Pay / Bill and Operations departments of ALKU. Her strength is demonstrated in mentoring supervisors and managers, while providing tactical and strategic guidance to senior management teams. Kate’s great interpersonal skills allow her to relate to and engage with all levels of employees and managers. Kate is dedicated to employee satisfaction and believes that providing opportunity and maintaining a positive culture is highly important to the overall success of a company.

Kate is a firm believer that the best way to help someone succeed is to believe in them and treat them with respect.  Knowing your people and building strong relationships with them is essential in developing them to their full potential.

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and attending social events with her friends.


KC Cressinger, Marketing Manager

KC started at ALKU in late 2011 coming from a background in sales. She began her career at ALKU in an administrative role, with a desire to get ALKU’s message out and increase brand awareness. In a short amount of time, KC had taken full ownership of any and all external communication and the company image. This included redesigning ALKU’s marketing strategy, increasing their local and national media presence, and restructuring their design and presentations for shows, conferences, and events.  It quickly became apparent that her knowledge of media, marketing, advertising and social media strategy made her the perfect fit for the Marketing Manager position. In this role, KC is responsible for overseeing all external and internal communications in the Marketing department, leadership and directions of all marketing employees, processes and operations of the department.

KC believes that enthusiasm and a positive attitude are the foundation of successful business relationships and accomplishments.

Outside of ALKU:

In her free time KC enjoys outdoor activities, attending social events with her friends, and volunteering.


Mailee Zhou, Operations Manager

mailee-website-bwMailee began at ALKU in August of 2014. Prior to joining ALKU, Mailee worked at City Hall of Portsmouth, VA, working in compliance and customer service. During college, Mailee worked three jobs that were very different from each other, so she is no stranger to “wearing many hats” in a role. In her current role as Operations Manager, Mailee is responsible for organizing company events, holding employees accountable to their productivity, keeping systems working properly, and the many administrative tasks that come with all those duties. In addition to this, the Contracts & Security functions report directly to her.

ALKU-osophy

Mailee believes that regardless of their position, everyone should lead by example. She believes you must be positive, kind, respectful and always give 100% into anything you’re doing. If just one person does this, more will follow.

Outside of ALKU: 

When Mailee is not in the ALKU Government Solutions office, you can find Mailee staying active! She’s either working out at the gym or hiking with her dog, Tobi.


Dan Murray, Manager

Dan began at ALKU in June of 2014 as a recruiter. He was referred to ALKU by Bryan Reilly. ALKU was the only place Dan interviewed at right after college, and once he learned about the company he didn’t need to hear anything else. After being an intern mentor for the first time, Dan knew leadership was the direction he wanted to take his career. Today, Dan is Recruiting Manager for ALKU Government Solutions. He is responsible for the training and development of new recruiters, while also leading more seasoned recruiters. In addition to this, he is involved in strategic decision making within the Government division.

Dan comes from a competitive sports background, so he uses the same philosophy in business. Out smarting and out working everyone around you will eventually result in success.

Outside of ALKU

When he is not in the ALKU Government Solutions office, Dan is either playing sports, snowboarding, golfing, or sleeping.


Mark Lewis, Facility Security Officer

Mark started at ALKU in September of 2016 as a referral from another candidate. He has over five years of experience in the Government Facility and Security industry ranging from a protective security officer, to facility management, and now manages several multi-faceted corporate security programs for a wide-range of government partners. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Government policy manuals and agency best practices and executes the daily security operations behind ALKU’s cleared employees. His management scope includes the implementation of processes related to Intel and DoD contract security support, information security, OCONUS operations security, insider threat prevention, facility and personnel clearances, export control, and security education and awareness.

Mark believes that no matter how much money you can or can’t make, you should be happy with your career. He believes that since you spend the majority of the day at work, you should truly want to be there since your happiness with your job also spreads to the other areas of your life. Enjoying his role in security and knowing he is contributing to “the mission” is what motivates him daily.

Outside of ALKU
When he is not at ALKU, Mark enjoys anything to do with sports, dance, and fitness. He and Contracts Administrator, Trevor Morris, work out regularly and he can’t wait to school Mailee in tennis.
