Andover, MA – Boston Business Journal recognized ALKU as a Best Place to Work for the 7th consecutive year, this year coming in first place for the very first time! Companies were selected based on survey responses provided by employees. Winners of this award value their employees, and go above and beyond to create an exceptional work environment. Two weeks ago, ALKU doubled its head count in two days. Following tradition, we were able to bring the entire company, which was comprised of over 90 employees!
While ALKU was celebrating at BBJ’s Best Places to Work awards ceremony, ALKU Government Solutions was also celebrating at Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work ceremony for the first year. Both of these achievements further validates the ‘Have Fun Working Hard’ culture that ALKU promotes throughout all offices.
The “ALKrew” is comprised of very upbeat, motivated individuals who continuously strive to accomplish great things. At ALKU, the defined culture is one that everyone takes pride in. It isn’t unusual to see ALKU stress balls flying by or razor scooters hanging around the office. The positivity that is encouraged throughout the office makes it apparent that this mindset correlates with the growth and success ALKU has achieved.
Emily Crocker, Operations Manager, was ALKU’s company representative accepting the award and to say the entire ALKrew was excited would be an understatement! The crowed went wild when ALKU was named number one.“This was my third time being able to be a part of ALKU winning this very special award,” Emily said, “It was an honor to accept it this year on behalf of the ALKrew, and I know the sky is the limit for this amazing group!”.
