Our search and recruitment efforts revolve solely around matching the specifications of our clients’ needs with the highly specialized consultants we have available in our internal network. ALKU will get the details of the position from you so we will send the most qualified applicants for your needs. Taking the time to understand your needs and the requirements will ensure that we send you the best candidates.

What is the standard turnaround time we can expect from ALKU when finding a new consultant?

It is our company’s belief that by focusing our recruiting efforts on proactively building our internal network, 24-48 hours is a time frame we can comfortably deliver within.

What is the associated cost?

ALKU is committed to providing quality consultants to your company at a competitive price. We are able to offer competitive pricing as we don’t pay the overhead of an idle bench of consultants. We don’t try to fill your roles with whatever remaining consultants are on our bench, but instead will find you the exact fit for the specific need you have, making the associated cost worth the investment.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Every applicant is reference checked based on the work history provided by the applicant. At our clients’ request, a drug screen and a criminal background check are processed as well. ALKU can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you might have for pre-employment screening.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

ALKU is a highly specialized consulting firm with four divisions, each serving a single industry:

How soon can I start working?

Once your resume has been submitted, you will be contacted by a recruiter who is dedicated to and has experience within your highly specialized skill set. When you are contacted by the recruiter, we will then review your background and what exactly you are looking for. Once that has been established, ALKU will present the best opportunity that fulfills your needs.

What benefits do you provide?

How soon will I know if I have been offered a position?

Our interview-to-hire process moves very quickly. Immediately following your interview your recruiter will contact you with feedback, and within 48 hours of interviewing you will be contacted with the results of the interview and in most cases an offer by the client.

Will getting paid on time ever be an issue?

Absolutely not. This is something ALKU prides itself on doing and doing well. Each working consultant is paid on time every time.
