ALKU is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kayla Morrison to Payroll Manager. For the past three years, Kayla has been a huge part in creating most of the processes that are used today within the Payroll department. Her positive attitude and leadership skills makes her a perfect fit for this role.

Kayla first started at ALKU in 2013 as a recruiter. After a few months, she took an opportunity to move over into the role of Consultant Services Coordinator where she was a point of contact for all consultants. Her background in recruiting helped her immensely in succeeding at this role. In 2015, the role of Payroll Coordinator opened up and there was a huge opportunity for Kayla to build on her strengths of organization and attention to detail. During her time as Payroll Coordinator, Kayla has trained multiple employees and interns on a number of different things within the Payroll department. She also has had a big hand in compliance with a number of different issues such as payroll taxes and employee relations. She keeps the energy high within the Payroll/Billing group and never fails to entertain the group with her singing abilities!

In her new role as Payroll Manager, Kayla will have the whole Payroll team reporting to her. She will oversee all payroll functions and processes, and become an essential member of the leadership team.
