ALKU noticed a trend with its pre-existing customer base expanding to include ServiceNow. Therefore, to continue serving its clients ALKU created a division dedicated solely to ServiceNow.
This division is dedicated to the placement of independent ServiceNow consultants on contract jobs across the U.S. for customers of all sizes covering all ServiceNow modules including but not limited to; ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security, Customer Service, HR Service Delivery, Application Development, NOW Platform, and Nonstop Cloud. ALKU currently has over 500 independent ServiceNow consultants within its network, as well as over 50% of their clients currently leveraging ServiceNow to some capacity. “A large portion of our customer base is in the process of implementing ServiceNow or continuing to expand their existing footprint,” Said, John Falco ServiceNow Account Manager. “In order to ensure our quality process and ability to deliver efficiently, we needed to put a team together solely dedicated to ServiceNow. I’m very excited to be a part of this expansion of ALKU as we continue to grow.”
