Ben began his full-time ALKU career as a Pharma QVC Account Manager, later transitioning to Pharma TE&V during the group’s split. Since then, he has consistently proven himself as a driving force behind the team’s success. With an impressive personal spread high and the group reaching a collective high of during his time on a roadmap, Ben’s impact on ALKU’s performance and growth is undeniable. Beyond the numbers, Ben has played a vital role in mentoring four team members over the past year, each showing incredible progress under his guidance. His ability to lead by example, foster development amongst his coworkers, and contribute to long-term growth has made him an invaluable asset to the Pharma TE&V Team.
Ben has a natural talent for creating and driving a strong, positive group culture. I remember meeting Ben when he was a Pharma Intern in the old ALKU office and thinking to myself that he was wise beyond his years and had a much higher level of understanding of the job than his peers. When he was eventually drafted to Pharma, I knew that we were getting a rockstar.
