Kristiyana Petrova Promoted to Sales Manager, Med EVS

Since beginning her ALKU journey in 2021, Kristiyana has consistently demonstrated an unbelievable work ethic and passion for her personal growth and overall team success. From her initial role as a Virtual Training Center Intern, to coming on full-time and quickly excelling as a Med QA Account Manager, to her courageous decision to transition roles and launch a brand-new division, Kristiyana has shown determination, grit, and fearlessness in everything she’s done. Her efforts in launching Med Sci not only resulted in one of ALKU’s most successful start-ups ever, but also skyrocketed her own professional development, hitting a spread high while delving into newfound leadership opportunities. Between achieving impressive spread highs while continuing to develop new successful Account Managers, Kristiyana is an all-around ALKU all-star.

Beyond her individual accomplishments as a revenue producer, Kristiyana has gone above and beyond in establishing herself as a trusted ally across the entire company, fostering positive relationships with all teams and always encompassing our Have Fun Working Hard® culture. From spearheading a new Employee Resource Group, to being crowned our first-ever ALKU Idol winner, to being a staple in supporting our Talent teams with CRD events and competitions, her unwavering dedication and impact are impossible to ignore. Kristiyana is not only someone who only drives the results she wants to see, but she also inspires those around her, making her an invaluable asset to her team and ALKU as a company. In her new role, Kristiyana will continue to develop and train ALKU Account Managers, make strategic decisions for the growth of her division, and lead by example in all aspects of ALKU’s revenue operations.
