Life @ ALKU as a Strategic Technology Coordinator

ALKU is seeking someone who can help with troubleshooting unrooted technology issues within our current day platforms. The role will reside in the Technology department rolling up under the corporate umbrella. The role will report to the Strategic Technology Manager. The person will be responsible for being a primary responder for our Bullhorn incidents and initiatives as they relate to our corporate groups. This person must be able to handle multiple tasks without being overwhelmed, be detail oriented and organized, and be able to act diligently and professionally in terms of customer service and vendor relationships.

The Day to Day

  • General awareness about all the technology in our environment and understand the purpose of each
  • Become a SME and primary point of contact for our Bullhorn back-office systems as well as a secondary point of contact for other systems we work closely with
  • Ensure maximum utilization of Bullhorn by coordinating with external vendors regarding their software
  • Evaluate prospective partners and their fit with our business and tech stack
  • Work as an independent contributor as well as cooperative teammate
  • Form strong relationships with vendors, teammates, and supported groups
  • Document, prioritize, and maintain technology requests and errors from internal userbase
  • Help with the successful implementation of any new tools
  • Provide help where needed on any special projects

  • Prior experience with Bullhorn is a plus but not required
