Taylor began his ALKU career as a standout Account Manager in 2014 before making a pivotal move to the Training Center Team in 2020, where he helped bring the Virtual Training Center (VTC) Program to life. With his relentless drive and clear vision, he turned an ambitious idea into a success—growing the program from a single office of 15 ALKU Interns to six thriving VTCs, each hosting over 20 Interns at a time. His leadership has been instrumental in launching over 100 Interns into full-time ALKU careers, many of whom have become top performers and been named Rookies of the Year. Beyond the VTC world, Taylor played a key role in the successful creation of ALKU’s Explorers Program, expanding our reach and impact. ALKU’s VTCs are now gearing up for their largest Intern class ever in 2025. Taylor’s influence has left a lasting mark, not only on the success of the program, but also through the development of our exceptional TC Managers who continue to drive results.

Taylor is the definition of ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture. His positive energy is unmatched—you can always count on him to do the right thing, no matter the situation. Whether he’s going above and beyond at company events, building connections across different divisions and offices, or simply lighting up a room with his constant smile, Taylor embodies what it means to be a true culture carrier. He has built more relationships across the organization than most and is known for making everyone feel like part of the team. In his new role, Taylor will take on the management and oversight of ALKU’s Virtual Training Center Program, continuing to lead with passion and purpose. He will play a key role in shaping the future of the program by providing strategic direction and finding new ways to elevate and grow ALKU’s Internship experience. Congratulations, Taylor! We are so excited to see all you accomplish in this new role!

“Congratulations to the one, the only, the KING OF THE SOUTH, Taylor ‘let’s call it how it is’ Trumphour, on his promotion to Director, Virtual Training Centers! I can easily say Taylor is one of the most deserving people that I have ever worked with. He is constantly taking on more, thinking about the big picture, and trying to improve our Internship Program every single day. When he joined the TC Team to trailblaze our VTC Program, I knew we had hired a winner. Taylor’s passion and drive are truly profound, and his care for developing and teaching the next generation of ALKU employees is unmatched. It is extremely reassuring to know that when you ask Taylor to do something, he will always do it with 100% effort to the best of his ability. Having people on your team that you can trust is one of the biggest factors in having a successful brand – I sleep well at night knowing that we have Taylor Trumphour helping drive ALKU’s TC ship. Congratulations, Taylor; thank you for all your hard work and simply being YOU! Congrats!!!” – Senior Director, Training Centers, Andrew Regan

“Congratulations, Taylor! I am so proud of your journey here. You took a chance and started ALKU’s first VTC during a very uncertain time in 2020, and now you oversee six VTCs, helping to ensure our overall Internship Program runs smoothly. You have done an incredible job at building relationships across the company; there’s always a line of people waiting to talk with you whenever you visit. You have deeply integrated yourself into ALKU’s culture and helped drive Talent’s strategy. You certainly deserve this promotion and should be so proud! Thank you for all of your hard work!” – Vice President, Talent, Leah Bourdon

“Since he stepped into the role of VTC Manager, Taylor has consistently held himself to the highest standard. From my first interactions with him, I was struck by his professionalism and genuine care for others. He took on the challenge of mentoring ALKU Interns over Zoom, a task that not many could do successfully (including me), and did so with pride. I remember our first meeting to discuss some of the students in his program. The way he spoke about his people made it clear that he just got it – ‘it’ being the understanding that if you want people to succeed and grow within this company, you need to care about their success even more than your own. When you do that, you build a team that will support you and help drive everyone forward. As Taylor grew into the role of Senior Manager, that same level of care and support was evident not only in how he managed people, but also in the major projects he championed. A Director’s role in this company is to expand their circle of care from their immediate team to the entire organization. I can’t think of a better person to help shape the future of this company. Congratulations, Taylor; this promotion is more than well-deserved. #BeersOnRegan!” – Sales Director, Enterprise Solutions, Craig Cowen
