Aaron began her ALKU career in October 2019 and had never once backed down from an opportunity. She helps the company, speaks up, and is always looking for ways she can help to improve and develop further. She is an incredible motivator and mentor for her team. She continuously goes above and beyond while being approachable and supportive.
Throughout Aaron’s career, she has planned countless company-wide events while she was the Events Coordinator. Some of these include the Corporate Appreciation Breakfast, Senior Leadership Conference, Internal Kickoff outings, and so much more. She also was responsible for creating and implementing new processes and establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors. She played a large role in the success of the Andover office return following the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, she has won multiple Corporate Cup nominations and was even picked as one of ALKU’s CEO’s Choices.
Outside her day-to-day role, Aaron is a member of several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). She is also a member of ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard committee. Aaron also prioritizes getting involved and giving back to her community through volunteering.
In her new role, Aaron will oversee all full-time offices and Training Centers while continuing to develop the Office Administrators at each of ALKU’s offices.
