Where We Stand

The space we strive to uphold at ALKU is one of acceptance; a space where we celebrate our differences, advocate for one another and embrace our individuality because it’s only ALKU with the ALKrew. ALKU is committed to creating a safe space so that we are not only the best businesspeople we can be but the best humans we can be. We strive to make a positive impact at work, so we can make the world a better place. Within these four walls, we work together every day for complete and total equity.

Employee Resource Groups

Our ERGs are created and run by our very own ALKU employees to support each and every employees’ needs.

AWE

ALKU Women Empowered. A women’s group determined to provide resources to the women of ALKU and give them the support they need to continue to develop within the organization.

Parents Group

For ALKU parents, expecting parents, or people who want to know what it’s like to be an ALKU parent.

Pride Group

For ALKU’s LGBTQIA2S+ employees to share experiences, provide fellowship and support, enhance career and personal development, and contribute to ALKU’s vision and values. This group is a safe space to meet and discuss life both inside and outside of ALKU.

State of Mind

To open the conversation around mental health and wellness in hopes of fostering supportive connection and eliminating any potential stigma in the workplace.

Unity

For employees of color at ALKU to share experiences, provide fellowship and support, enhance career and personal development, and contribute to ALKU’s vision and values. We feel it is important for the underrepresented population at ALKU to have a safe space to meet and discuss life both outside and inside ALKU.
