At what location were you an Intern?
I was an Intern at the JMU Training Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
What was your internship experience like?
Although interrupted by COVID-19, I loved the entire internship experience. I was able to work with various teams across the company throughout my time interning, which was awesome.
What are a few words you would use to describe ALKU’s Training Centers?
Three words that I would use to describe ALKU’s Training Centers are competitive, fun, and opportunistic.
How did your internship experience prepare you for your full-time career?
Working as a drafted Intern is the same as working full-time. When I came in as a full-time employee, I knew what the day-to-day looked like, so I was ready to hit the ground running.
How did you accomplish being Rookie of the Year as an Account Manager?
I focused on molded relationships with some key managers who continued to hire from me and refer me around!
What were you feeling like after being named Rookie of the Year?
Fired up! I am ready to continue the grind and grow within ALKU.
