Alana started her ALKU career in 2018 as a Personnel Services Administrator. She worked her way up and took on the Senior Personnel Services Coordinator role.
In the spring of 2022, Alana made a career change and decided to move to the Human Resources team to help fill a hole in leadership on the team. Since transitioning, Alana has been highly proactive in learning about the world of Human Resources. She has been helping her team create and perfect processes and helping her team in any way possible!
Alana will help oversee Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, compliance issues, and general Human Resources policies and processes in her new role.
