In August 2021, Alex was asked to start assisting in the growth of Medical Device RS. He made this transition incredibly seamlessly. Not only had he done an amazing job building his original team, Medical Device QVC, he simultaneously maintained growth of Medical Device RS. When he started tackling a second team, he proved even more just how valuable of an asset he truly is.

Alex comes to work everyday with his heart full and ready to give his all. In fact, he redefines the word consistency. Alex  is a lovable manager that perfectly balances his desire for accountability. His team members and employees feed off his hard-working energy and genuinely want to give him their all. Alex continues to make ALKU a better place every day by setting the bar high. He is consistently viewed as a model for our companies Have Fun Working Hard™ culture.

Alex is an advocate for everything that ALKU offers, especially giving back to the community. Alex has created a new volunteer opportunity at a local nonprofit organization that supports and services those in need. This initiative ensures that we are giving back as well as creating new bonding opportunities for employee’s company wide.

In Alex’s new role, he will oversee the growth and direction of the Medical Device teams. Additionally, he will be responsible for the continued growth, developing new leaders, and identifying new opportunities within the Medical Device realm.

Congratulations, Alex! We can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in this new role!

“Just a fantastic promotion right here. Look up the word devotion in the ALKU dictionary- you’ll find this guy. Devotion to me means holding the wellbeing of others above your own- that’s Alex. It also means having diligence, without always having assurance. That is Alex. A lot of people over the past year have asked Alex to sit down. To no surprise, a lot of people want to figure out what that it factors and how they can replicate it. Alex is a fantastic role model for any leader, and if we could replicate him, we would. I’ve managed Alex for four years now, and somehow it still surprises me how consistently engaged and driven he is. He will never stop wanting to be better. He is willing to take all feedback, and he is even more willing to apply it. I am so lucky to have him on my team. Alex, you always tell me how grateful you are for me, but I am the grateful one. I could go on and on how you make the company a better place, but what I want you to know is that you make me a better manager. Never stop pushing as hard as you do, never stop caring as much as you do. I’m so proud of you. Just a quick stop in a long career.” -Patty Blanchard

“AP!!!!! Man, one of the best recruiters this company has ever seen. And somehow, an even better leader. We talk all the time about trying to find people on our teams that have the FULL package. From a very early time in his career, Alex had the full package. He is the hardest working manager I can think of. He teaches the process like it’s out of a text book, he motivates and inspires his employees to be the best version of themselves. He is accountable and respectable. Recruiters across the company look up and admire him. He has proven he can build leaders in this company. He is selfless and always makes business decisions that put the company first. This is a well-deserved promotion; one we are very excited about. In this new role Alex will lead the Med-RS and Med-QVC divisions to the next level. Congratulations AP, I know your far from done. Big things coming!!!” -Bob Cordaro

“How do I begin to write a short paragraph for someone who is worthy of a novel. Alex, I’ll try to keep this short and sweet, but you make it hard for me by being so damn perfect! Working alongside you the past few years has been so fun for me and I can’t think of a better person to take on this new opportunity. Your passion for this job, your commitment to your employees, and your ability to make everyone around you the best versions of themselves is remarkable. You have always been a role model and led by example so it’s not surprising that you’re taking on another role in such a short amount of time. You have never asked anything of anyone that you’re not willing to do yourself and that makes you an incredible leader. You are the hardest worker in any room regardless of who is in there and I’ll go to bat for you if anyone tries to argue that. I can’t wait to see what you accomplish in this new role; you deserve it x10000000. Congrats Mr. Senior Recruiting Manager! I would say Med to the moon but you’re so much more than that. ALKU to the moon!” -Kristina Zoto
