ALKU Appoints Dennis Kapsimalis as New Vice President of Talent Operations
Seasoned staffing industry leader draws on expertise to oversee company talent growth and development
Andover, MA (June 26, 2023) – The Executive Leadership team at ALKU, a nationally ranked niche-based staffing and consulting firm, is pleased to announce Dennis Kapsimalis as Vice President, Talent Operations, effective immediately. In his new role, Kapsimalis will oversee and drive the growth of ALKU and the development of its employees by working with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams. He will also lead the strategy and direction of the company’s three Training Centers.

Kapsimalis started at ALKU as an intern in 2012 and began working full-time as a Life Sciences Recruiter in 2013. From there, he put his focus into developing the skills of others, helping young recruiters find their path to success while developing company leaders in the process. In 2018, Kapsimalis was promoted to Director of Life Sciences Recruiting.
In 2021, he switched over to develop ALKU’s Talent pillar, where he was promoted to Director of Talent Development. He successfully built the Full-Time and Intern Training Programs as well as the foundation for Leadership Development.
