Senior Vice President Jon Kujala, draws from extensive experience to lead ALKU into new era of strategic development
Andover (February 6, 2023) – The Executive Leadership team at ALKU, a nationally ranked niche-based staffing and consulting firm, is pleased to announce Jon Kujala as the company’s first Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. Kujala, a seasoned staffing industry leader, started as the company’s third employee and first-ever recruiter in 2009. He hit the ground running, constructing the company’s recruiting and training infrastructure, and assisted in developing ALKU’s Internship Program.
In 2014, Kujala moved into a Director of Recruiting role where he became an industry expert in all facets of the company, specifically focusing on ALKU’s Revenue and Corporate teams. With over 15 years of experience, Kujala has developed an expansive leadership team and has been an influential leader showing mentorship to those around him.

In his previous role as Senior Vice President, Kujala oversaw ALKU’s operational sectors including Technology, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Human Resources, Payroll, and Personnel Services. As Chief Operating Officer, Kujala will work closely with President, Andrew Bull, and Chief Financial Officer, Marc Cirrone, and be responsible for creating and overseeing annual budgets, goals, and hiring for all ALKU Corporate and Talent Divisions. He will ensure that Corporate and Talent VPs are positioned to be successful – knowing the needs of ALKU’s revenue divisions and creating efficient teams that support company growth.
