ALKU Appoints Rebecca Crossley as Company’s First Director of Corporate Affairs and Media Relations

Crossley brings ten years of experience to enhance staffing firm’s communication strategies and stakeholder engagement

ANDOVER, MA (May 16, 2024) – Leading specialty staffing firm, ALKU, proudly announces the appointment of Rebecca Crossley to Director of Corporate Affairs and Media Relations, an emerging role within the company after a decade of invaluable service.

Most recently, Crossley managed ALKU’s marketing division, serving as Marketing Director for the last three years where she oversaw the firm’s external marketing efforts, internal communications, managed creative and design teams and ALKU’s community engagement.

As Director of Corporate Affairs and Media Relations, Crossley will serve as company spokesperson, develop and execute public relations strategies, enhance brand visibility and awareness, oversee content creation and support company messaging both internally and externally.

Crossley, who received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Connecticut, was one of the founding members of ALKU’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council. She also serves on ALKU’s Gives Back Committee, scholarship board, strategic decision-making team and is a mentor for the ALKU Futures Program.

Outside of the office, Crossley is heavily involved within her community, serving as an election poll-worker for the last four years, participating in the Rodman Ride for Kids, Falmouth Road Race and 2023 Boston Marathon where she personally raised $35,000 for Mass Mentoring Partnership. Crossley is also part of Mass Mentoring Partnership’s Cheers to Mentoring Committee.
