ALKU Expands Senior Leadership Team

ANDOVER, MA– ALKU, a nationally ranked niche-based staffing firm has expanded its Senior Leadership Team. There are four individuals that have been named Senior Director, Nate Rose, Micaela Damiano, Tarah Lovato, and Kayla Morrison. ALKU’s commitment to growing organically through opportunity, training, and hands on experience is exemplified with these strategic promotions.  


Nate Rose has been promoted to Senior Director of Government. Nate started his ALKU career in 2010 and has been leading the Government recruiting team ever since. He is a key component of the Government team’s success today. He helped to grow the Government team that consists of the Senior Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager. Additionally, Nate is always leading by example by traveling to different office locations and attending college recruiting events.

In Nate’s new role, he will be responsible for the growth, strategy, and direction of the recruiting team for the Government group.
 

Micaela Damiano has been promoted to Senior Director of ERP Recruiting. Micaela started her ALKU career in 2013 and has been a pivotal piece of ERP’s success over the years. She was the first female Revenue Director at ALKU and is someone that employees can look up to and emulate. She has developed some of the top managers at ALKU and continues to be an asset by leveling up the ERP group every day.

In her new role, Micaela will lead the Recruiting side for the entire ERP Brand. She will continue to focus on developing recruiting leaders within ERP from desk-level all the way to the Director level. She will be responsible for the overall recruiting strategy and will oversee any new start up team within the ERP group.

Tarah Lovato has been promoted to Senior Director of Pharmaceutical and Government Sales. Tarah started her ALKU career in 2013. She has taken many chances and leaps of faith throughout her career which have landed her where she is today. With every new adventure, she has put in her all and always performed at the highest level possible. Tarah has played a big part in growing the Pharmaceutical group leaders and their teams to where they are today. Additionally, she has been a key component in helping the Government sales team over the past year, she has been instrumental in finding efficiencies in all aspects.

In her new role, she will be responsible for the continued growth of the Pharmaceutical and Government sales group and leaders.

Kayla Morrison has been promoted to Senior Director. Kayla started her ALKU career in 2013 and has held several important roles and has excelled at every one of them. Kayla’s organization, motivation, and hard work is admired by everyone around her. She is the definition of “do your job the best you can, and you will be rewarded”. Kayla has immense knowledge, a great work ethic, and is very efficient. Recently, she has held a key role in creating the Corporate and Talent Performance based promotion program.

In her new role, she will continue to lead her managers and teams at the highest level of efficiency and support as possible. In addition, she will take on the role as a senior leader for the Corporate team and ALKU.

ALKU looks forward to continuing to expand and grow their Senior Leadership Team.
