ALKU has earned a spot on Charlotte’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For list! This list is one of the newest regions added to the Best and Brightest roster.
This year, the Best and Brightest program honored seventy-nine winning organizations from Charlotte, Denver, Miami, Nashville, New York, Portland, and Seattle out of seven hundred and ten nominations. This list was assessed based on Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
