ALKU Signs 75,000-SF Lease at 100 Brickstone Square 

ANDOVER, MA –ALKU, a nationally ranked niche-based staffing firm, has signed a long-term lease to expand its headquarters at 100 Brickstone Square in Andover, MA. ALKU will occupy 75,000 square feet across two floors of the building.

Starting from a humble 180 square feet to now 75,000 square feet, this expansion is a testament to the rapid growth and success our company has experienced since its inception in 2008. The new office space will feature 448 workstations plus 46 offices across two floors connecting through an internal staircase. Brickstone celebrates 100 years this year and has best-in-class amenities, including a bistro, a fitness center, a full cafeteria, a game room, and two conference centers.   

ALKU’s growth has flourished exponentially since creating the first shared office space of 180 square feet at Brickstone, with the firm’s second space growing to 5,000 square feet.  The office’s expansion to 75,000 square feet shows ALKU’s commitment to growing organically through opportunity, training, and hands-on experience, and will continue to replicate for countless years.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, ALKU has offered employees the option to work from home; however, most individuals continue to choose to come in person daily. Due to ALKU’s contagious Have Fun Working Hard ® culture, this expansion was beyond necessary to fit all ALKU’s Andover employees.   

Cresa’s Joe Doyle represented ALKU, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Blake Baldwin, Shayne O’Neil, and Petra Flynn represented the landlord, KS Partners, in the transaction.   

Located in Downtown Andover, Brickstone Square is surrounded by more than 30 restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and other retail and entertainment options. The asset is in proximity to Interstates 495 and 93, allowing direct access to Boston.
