ALKU Specializes its Workday Division to Focus on HCM/Payroll and Financials

Andover, MA – ALKU, a niche-based staffing firm, has been supporting the Workday space for over 5 years. In an effort to become more specialized, ALKU has expanded its existing services into two specific groups, Workday HCM/Payroll and Workday Financials. ALKU’s Workday division observed a need in the market for greater specialization in these two sectors. To continue providing the most customized experience, ALKU’s Workday division has divided into two separate teams to further specialize our Workday expertise and offerings to customers and consultants across the country.

The Workday ecosystem has seen a large uptick in Workday Financials utilization, creating an increased need for Workday Financials consultants. ALKU is invested in staying active and ahead of the trends in the Workday space to ensure the best experience for our customers and Workday consultants. This specialization will allow ALKU to continue providing top quality services to all Workday experts.

“This specialization is a testament to the growth of our Workday practice at ALKU, but more importantly, an avenue to provide even more value to our clients and consultants. The decision to further specialize was based on two main factors; 1. Our previous success in providing Workday Financial services, 2. The substantial uptick in Workday Financials adoption from our clients, including Fortune 500 customers. The Workday Financials suite has matured, and we are ready to mature with it.” -John Bull, Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials Recruiting Manager

The Workday HCM/Payroll and Workday Financials groups will both continue to provide functional and technical resources to both populations. ALKU’s goal has always been to provide the best services to our consultants and customers by keeping up with Workday’s forecasted growth. The specialization of our Workday group to focus in these two areas is a great indicator that the independent Workday market is continuing to grow, and ALKU is ready to scale with it!

“We’re dividing and specializing our teams to better serve our customers and consultants. We want to evolve with what we’re seeing in the Workday ecosystem and continue to provide the best services possible to our networks. Our relationships and ability to provide for them, are of the utmost importance.” -James Cassin-Reed, Director of ERP Sales.

By specifically focusing on Workday HCM/Payroll and Workday Financials, our teams will be able to center even more time and energy into the candidate selection process, staying up to date with industry trends and releases, and providing our customers with the right consultants for their specific project goals.
