Allee joined ALKU as a Recruiting Intern, and in June 2021, she began her full-time career as an Account Manager. She has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, leading her hiring class and continuing to excel in her role. Allee has also taken the initiative to run meetings for Government Account Managers, played a significant role in growing one of Government’s biggest programs, and is a mentor to two interns this summer.

In addition to her mentoring efforts, Allee has fostered a positive team culture and encouraged everyone to participate. She is an active member of Government’s kickball team and enjoys group outings. Allee also prioritizes giving back and has participated in the BEST Kids 5K.

As she takes on her new role, Allee will continue to drive business growth by building strong client relationships. She is a positive role model and mentor for her team, and we congratulate her on her well-deserved promotion! We look forward to seeing all that Allee will achieve in her new position.

“Allee McCardle – from the first day you walked into the office wearing bright coral dress pants (to which I had the matching blazer), I knew we were going to be an unstoppable pair. It has been so awesome to see how you have grown both professionally and personally in this role over the last two years.

When I think of a Senior AM, I think of someone who does the job without being asked to, who steps up without being asked to, and who contributes to our culture without being asked to. You have always been a staple of Gov – from your Intern days as a Recruiter to starting full-time as an Account Manager in IT to transitioning to a brand-new division DCI. You have overcome every objection handed to you and have done so with such grace and finesse. You made Founders Club your first full calendar year at ALKU and so many other accomplishments.

One of the things that stands out to me is that you do everything with a smile on your face and make coming to work so enjoyable for everyone around you. I have been so lucky to take over as your mentor over the last year, and you’ve taught me a lot of amazing qualities that have, in turn, helped me grow both professionally and personally – so thank you. I cannot wait to see what you accomplish in this new role. This promotion is so well-deserved – so congratulations, Allee, Miss SENIOR Account Manager.” –Government DCI Account Manager, Kaitlyn Auen

“ALLEE! I am so excited for you! I, too, remember the bright coral outfit you wore on your first day. You make more of an impression than you may realize. Allee can have a kind demeanor, but she is fierce. She led her hiring class in front-end numbers and, in turn, built some of the strongest relationships in the last two years. She is also really good at kickball, leading the GOV ALKU team to a 14-0 victory!

Accomplishments aside – Allee is one of the most thoughtful, kind, and empathetic people I know. She is always willing to step in and help if needed.  I know she truly cares about others, this group, and I appreciate you for that.

Congrats to you, Allee! You continue to amaze me with how much you’ve accomplished and grown over the last couple of years. I’m so grateful to work so closely with you and can’t wait to see what other goals you crush!” – Senior Sales Manager, Maria Rose

“Allee! From Recruiting Intern to SENIOR Program Manager extraordinaire. Since day one, you have followed and trusted the process to get to where you are now. You helped create and grow the Gov brand significantly in your short two years!

You took a chance to join the DCI group, and it is already paying off for you! We can always count on you to keep things interesting, provide fun facts, craft sessions, or be the best dressed in the office!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have you on the DCI team and get to work with you every day! I can’t wait to see what is next for you. Congratulations on your Senior Promotion, Allee!” – Government DCI Resource Manager, Lauren Baylor
