Connor started his ALKU career in 2019 as an Oracle Recruiter. He has put a tremendous amount of time and effort into learning ALKU’s business model, how to be a leader, and how to make the most out of the opportunity presented to him. Connor is the biggest cheerleader, your toughest competitor, and a true friend.

Throughout his career, he has mentored Interns, assisted in launching the Kronos division, and developed multiple recruiters in the Kronos division. Connor has one of the best work ethics at ALKU.

Outside his day-to-day role, he has participated in multiple College Relationship Development (CRD) Events, including a presentation at the University of Alabama and the UMass Sales Competition. He has traveled to Training Centers and various offices, including Herndon and Charlotte. Additionally, Connor became a member of the Personnel Engagement committee, where he helped organize the Cycling fundraiser for breast cancer. Connor has built strong relationships with employees across all offices.

In his new role, Connor will be responsible for the continued development of recruiters. Additionally, he will oversee the growth of the Kronos division.

Congratulations Connor! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish in your new role!

“Connor! Congratulations on your promotion to Kronos Recruiting Manager! I couldn’t be more excited about this announcement. You are made for this role, and I can’t wait to see everything you will accomplish in the months/years to come. Connor has had one of the unique journeys at ALKU. From being interrogated in his interview with Craig to joining Oracle at a time when Peoplesoft was a dying technology, and no one knew what we would pursue next, to starting up Kronos with just Bri and me, and now becoming the next Kronos recruiting manager, it has truly been exciting to watch. It’s crazy to think back to 2019 when you started as an Oracle recruiter and didn’t realize you had to submit candidates to jobs to close a deal. Since then, you have become the best recruiter in the Kronos group and helped double the size of the Kronos division. I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to work beside you for the past three years. Not only have you been an amazing colleague, but you have been an amazing friend. Your commitment to the team, internal drive, and hunger for success set you apart. You have been a key player in establishing our fun culture in Kronos today. If Steve Dolan could see you now, I bet he’d be leaving a very different voicemail. Congratulations and…. yes, your mom is welcome at the celebratory dinner!” -Lisa Liberty

“DONNNIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! Love this promotion for you, and it’s so well-deserved! Before this year, Kronos was looking for the next leader who could inspire others while still leading from the front daily. Well, the Kronos group is doubling in size, and many others are growing; it’s obvious you’re that leader! No matter how much you achieve, you remain humble and have a strong drive to see the people around you succeed. I promise that if you keep that attitude, this will be the first of many promotions, and your group will continue to flourish! Congrats!” -Dan Alberico

“Connor Frederick Donahue! Congrats on the well-deserved promo. From the kid who couldn’t spell submittal, let alone get one, to one of the strongest Recruiters in the company, no one is shocked seeing this promotion come through. Connor has been one of the key contributors to Kronos’ success, to the point that when Kronos is in yellow, the majority of the time, Connor’s name is too. Connor has led by example and created an unmatched culture with Alex; everyone looks up to him. We can count on Connor to hold himself accountable and his team. He can get his people to buy into the “why,” and it’s been one of the biggest reasons Kronos recruiting is a force to be reckoned with.

Over the past six months, Connor made Founders, and the most impressive part is that it’s not unusual still to see him in the office before 8 am and well past 6 pm.  Your drive to be successful has been inspiring, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. I can’t wait to hear about your mom’s reaction; I’m so proud and happy for you! Congrats, Connor!” -Bri Maher
