D’Andre Drummond-Mayrie started at ALKU as an intern at the Durham Training Center in the spring of 2018 before coming on full-time in June of 2018 as a Workday Recruiter. In this role, D’Andre discovered his passion for building relationships and working with high-level, talented experts. In August of 2020, D’Andre transitioned his efforts and career path by joining the Talent Development team as a Recruiting Trainer.
As a Talent Development Recruiting Trainer, D’Andre has been instrumental in the growth of ALKU’s Talent Development team. Specifically, strengthening the company’s presence in the recruiting world. He has revamped new hire recruiter trainings and has partnered with ALKU’s Training Centers assisting in internship development and intern recruiter training. D’Andre has countless success stories from his work mentoring full-time employees who have quickly found success in their roles. In addition. D’Andre holds a seat on the DE&I Council and participated in ALKU’s August Quarterly Update.
With this and much more, ALKU is thrilled to announce the promotion of D’Andre Drummond-Mayrie to Recruiting Training Manager!
In this new role, D’Andre will be responsible for the growth of the Talent Development Recruiting team. He will partner with Talent and Recruiting leaders across the company. D’Andre will be influential in determining best practices for recruiting, implementing new ideas, and ensuring communication on new processes and recruiting trainings across ALKU.
