Dania started her ALKU career in December 2016 at the front desk in ALKU’s headquarters in Andover, MA. Dania was one of the first employees in the Operations group. Since then, she has held many roles and responsibilities and accomplished various tasks. For example, Dania moved to the Technology team and Events and Facilities team, and most recently, Dania made another flawless transition and joined the Marketing team, where she took over the Internal Engagement team. Today, Dania focuses on engaging employees and ensuring that ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture remains consistent through programs, contests, and events.
Throughout her career, she has immensely impacted ALKU’s process and culture. Dania has been responsible for countless successful internal events at ALKU and takes on new tasks and responsibilities with a smile and a can-do attitude. Additionally, Dania has been involved with the planning and execution of every holiday party and every company event at ALKU. These company events are what make ALKU who we are. Without Dania, ALKU’s culture would not be thriving today. Additionally, Dania is a fantastic leader and always remains fun but knows when to focus and work hard. She will never ask any of her employees to do something she wouldn’t do herself.
In her new role, Dania will continue to oversee and develop the Events and Internal Engagement groups. In addition, she will focus on high-level strategy within the Marketing department and work closely with ALKU’s Leadership team to ensure that ALKU’s events and culture are up to par.
