Devon has been a staple to ALKU since he started as an intern at UMass. Once he started his full-time career with ALKU, he quickly saw success and became a highly successful Recruiter for Workday HCM and Workday Financials. Most recently, he has been leading the Workday groups’ sales teams and motivating and driving his team’s success.

Devon started the Workday Financials group and developed multiple leaders on his impressive team, to name a few significant accomplishments. Outside his day-to-day role, Devon helps to run numerous volunteer opportunities for his team to enjoy and give back to the community. Additionally, he has participated in sales competitions, meetings, and Leadership training for all of ALKU.

Devon will oversee Workday HCM and Workday Financials in his new role.

Congratulations, Devon! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish in this new role!

“Devon Sittler. Senior Sales Manager. That should be the end of this quote. I don’t need to add anything to it, just like his resume doesn’t need anything else to be added to it. He has done it all. He has excelled at it all. Devon is the epitome of what leading by example is. Everyone in this company reading this at the desk level, roadmap, or even manager level is curious about what it takes to get to the next phase; I implore you to meet Devon. Sit down with him for 30 minutes and talk about his path, work ethic, and his choice of beverage. He will tell you a story of trusting the process, outworking everyone around you, and that bud lights are the greatest canned beverage of all time. Congrats, Devon; I couldn’t be happier for you. Beers on Connor! Devon Sittler, Senior Sales Manager. End of Quote.” -Craig Cowen

“Name a harder worker than Devon Sittler; I dare you. From the stoops of UMass Amherst to a Founders Club regular to sacrificing his rockstar recruiting database TWICE; once for jumping at the opportunity to start Workday Financials from scratch and the other when he switched to sales when his team needed him most, Devon has ALWAYS stepped up, no matter what. Since day one, I’ve been blown away by Devon’s consistency and natural ability to elevate those around him. He has led by example in the truest sense, remaining one of the highest producers in the company while building out a team of rockstars. He’s been an Intern Shift Lead, Workday Financials Recruiting Manager, Workday Financials Sales Manager, and NOW Senior Workday HCM & Financials Sales Manager. I cannot wait to see you help bring the Workday brand to the next level. Enormously proud of you; congratulations, Dev! Jajajajajajaja!” -John Bull

“Devon Sittler has done everything from Intern, Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. Part of what makes a great leader is being selfless and putting the group’s success ahead of their own. I don’t believe there is a better example of that than what Devon has done in the past 16 months. After tragedy struck and we lost Nate, it would have been easy to say it’s okay; we don’t need to grow; let’s take our time and figure out what direction we should go. Devon knew that the group needed him to fill the void on the Sales side and that Recruiters and AMs depended on his leadership to get them through the tough times. Sittler is one of the most hardworking and driven people I’ve been around and is the poster child of lead by example and “do as I do” mentality. He sets the bar so high for those around him that he is always on, no matter the circumstances. There is a reason why Workday Financials has continued to be one of, if not the fastest growing groups since its inception. Devon has developed hammers on both the Sales and Recruiting sides. His drive, vision, and leadership abilities will continue to make the Workday groups a force to be reckoned with for a very long time. Congrats, Sittler, on the promotion to Workday Senior Sales Manager!! I know you are going to crush it and bring both groups to new heights absolutely!” -Nick Vignone
