Hannah Marsh Promoted to Client Services Manager

Hannah joined the Client Services team in 2019 after graduating from college. At that time, the Client Services team only had three members. These individuals handled the full scope of the Client Services process, from MSA review to extension tracking. Hannah has since mastered all aspects of this process. In 2021 alone, she tracked the extension of over 200 MSAs. As the team moved to specialize in the client onboarding process further, Hannah trained new employees and brought structure and sophisticated strategies to the team. Hannah has become a trusted partner of the sales teams and is hands down the go-to person for all things client related.

Hannah is committed to making the Client Services team the best it can be, and she never backs down from the opportunity to take on more responsibility. She has taken it upon herself to understand all aspects of ALKU’s business and pinpoint areas where she can impact improvement.  She is always going the extra mile and is willing to hop in and help with any situation that arises, regardless of if it falls into her world. She is the perfect example of a team player. You can always count on Hannah to keep things light and fun.

In her new role, she will oversee the client onboarding and setup process for all Life Sciences, HCIT, and ERP groups.
