ANDOVER, MA– ALKU, a nationally ranked niche-based staffing firm, has promoted James Cassin-Reed to Vice President of Sales Strategy. ALKU’s commitment to growing organically through opportunity, training, and hands-on experience is exemplified by this strategic, fundamental, and exciting promotion.
James started as an intern in 2012 and began his full-time ALKU career in June 2013. Through his years of industry experience, James has shaped his way to Vice President of Sales Strategy. Throughout his time at ALKU, James has been one of the company’s top Account Managers. He then transitioned into Leadership, where he became a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, then Director.
James has displayed the ability to develop and train individuals to help them reach their max potential by going above and beyond daily. He demonstrates a positive outlook and approach, which is contagious to the entire company.
As Vice President of Sales Strategy, James will be responsible for the strategic acquisition, retention, and penetration of client accounts across ALKU. Additionally, he will be in charge of implementing new sales initiatives, providing unique access, reporting for sales data, supporting technology, and marketing related to revenue.
