Jordan began his ALKU career as an Intern at the Durham Training Center. Then, he was drafted to SAP as a full-time employee, where he surprised everyone with his early success and became a crucial team member. Jordan always thinks about improving the group, creating more business, and helping his team reach goals.
He has accomplished so much throughout his career. One of his most significant accomplishments was helping launch the UKG Pro group and being an essential leader in guiding his group to early success. Additionally, on his roadmap to leadership, he assisted in leading the group to new heights while successfully mentoring others and developing Recruiters and new hires.
Outside his role, he is a member of ALKU’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) Unity. Additionally, he is constantly creating new contests to motivate the ALKrew and contributing to ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture.
In his new role, Jordan will be responsible for the continued development of the UKG Pro Recruiters and the growth of the UKG Pro division.
