Kayla Morrison started at ALKU in 2013. During her employment, she has held several important roles and has excelled at every one of them. Kayla has been an essential part of ALKU’s growth and development.
Kayla’s organization, motivation, and hard work is admired by everyone around her. She is the definition of ‘do your job the best you can, and you will be rewarded’. Kayla has immense knowledge, a great work ethic, and is very efficient. These qualities have been presented in her director and leadership role. Recently, she held a key role in creating the Corporate and Talent Performance based promotion program. She also dedicates her time to the Green Team, ALKU State of Mind, and leads by example as a senior leader while overseeing multiple corporate teams.
In Kayla’s new role, she will continue to lead her managers and teams at the highest level of efficiency and support as possible. In addition, she will take on the role as a senior leader for the corporate team and ALKU.
