Since starting her ALKU career in October 2020, Kelsea has demonstrated what it means to truly be an ALKU all-star. From beginning as a Medical Device Recruiter to becoming a CEO’s Choice recipient, Kelsea is guaranteed to make a positive impact on every single group she collaborates with. Thanks to her guidance and determination, she has played a significant role in developing ALKU’s Intern Training team. Applying her sales experience to a leadership role, Kelsea’s Interns are flourishing in their roles by the end of their first six months with her advice and motivation as a Mentor and Trainer. She is dedicated, passionate, and always willing to lend a helping hand to those around her for her team to see the success it deserves.

Since joining ALKU, Kelsea has completely embodied ALKU’s culture. Whether she’s organizing ALKU Gives Back events or actively attending ERG meetings, Kelsea constantly pushes herself and those around her to own their roles entirely. In her new role, Kelsea will be responsible for developing and launching the next layer of UNH Recruiting Interns while further developing ALKU’s Internship Program as a whole. With her proven track record of developing recruiting talent, we are confident that she will be an excellent fit for this role!

“KELSEA FREAKIN’ CAMPBELL – congrats to the CEO’s Choice and now officially the UNH TC Recruiting Manager!!!! ALKU has always preached the importance of giving the best person the best opportunity, and trust me when I say that this promotion is the PERFECT example of this mentality. Since her first round of talent interviews, I knew that it was only a matter of time before Kelsea joined the Leadership team, so now I am HONORED to be writing this EXTREMELY well-deserved promotion announcement!!!! Kelsea has been an absolute rockstar in every role she has held, and she could not be more deserving of the MANAGER title! When asked to jump into a new role as the Durham TC Recruiting Manager, she didn’t hesitate – she agreed to the challenge with a smile and has been dominating expectations ever since. I don’t think ALKU has EVER witnessed someone step into a role and make such a massive impact in such a short time. I will never forget how thrilled I was when she first reached out about her first training role because I knew I was getting one of the most talented, thoughtful, and ENTERTAINING people at ALKU. Watching her transform this role in such a short amount of time has been the most impressive thing I have witnessed in my career, and there is no doubt in my mind that Kelsea will be the blueprint for all future TC Managers. The BEST part of watching Kelsea is not just seeing the high standards she holds herself to, but also watching her inspire those around her to be the best version of themselves, all while keeping EVERYONE laughing. She has made several decisions that do not benefit her at the moment but are always the right call for the company. No matter the situation, she always puts ALKU before herself… a true level 5 leader in the making. The way Kelsea showed up on your first day in Durham and jumped right into the role was great to see, but the best part was seeing the impact she made on the next generation of the ALKrew. With you steering the ship for all UNH Recruiting Interns, I can’t WAIT to see how quickly the UNH launches start climbing the spread report. Thank you for everything that you have done for ALKU – now PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE celebrate big time, you deserve it!!!!!!” – Training Manager, Interns, Dan Kavanagh

Congratulations to the one and ONLY… Ms. Kelsea Campbell! Since transitioning to the TC team and starting in Durham, Kelsea has been a force to be reckoned with. Her determination, work ethic, and passion for development are impressive and inspiring. Every day, she comes in with a smile on her face and a passion and energy to help Interns get better and develop. She seamlessly stepped into her new role, quickly built relationships with pre-existing Interns, and immediately helped show the new hires how ALKU conducts business. Kelsea’s drive to make everyone better is evident, and it is motivating to work and be around her. The TC team is extremely lucky to have Kelsea on the team, and we are excited to see how she and Caree continue to grow and improve the Durham office! Congratulations, Kelsea – extremely well deserved!!!! – Andrew Regan,

“In every role she’s held at ALKU, Kelsea has managed to find more and more success than she did in the previous position. From being a star Recruiter in Medical Device, to helping build the Intern Trainer Program, to her current role running an entire office, Kelsea has always delivered and then some. She has seamlessly stepped into the role of TC Recruiting Manager and is quickly providing results. Recruiting Interns at UNH are some of the best in the biz, and she has helped mold their skills and professionalism in an exciting and refreshing way. Kelsea is a true leader. She is a problem solver. She’s patient, diligent, positive, and reliable. I couldn’t think of a better person to help run that office, and I definitely couldn’t think of a more deserving promotion. Congratulations, Kelsea!” – Vice President, Talent Operations, Dennis Kapsimalis
