Kelsey Garrity started at ALKU in September of 2018 as a Client Services Coordinator. Kelsey’s work ethic is one that many envy, she comes in every day puts her head down, and only picks it up if basketball is mentioned. She leads by example and pulls the team together. At the same time, Kelsey doesn’t make the same mistake twice. If something is wrong with the process, she fixes it on the spot and makes the proper updates and communications that are necessary.
As a Client Services Coordinator, Kelsey’s attention to detail and stellar communication skills have contributed to her team’s success. She reaches out to clients and consultants weekly and handles even the most complex situations with grace, all while working with her team on creating and developing a Client Services process.
With this and much more, ALKU is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kelsey Garrity to Billing Manager!
In this new role, Kelsey will oversee the Billing team and be the main point of contact for billing for three of ALKU’s largest divisions. Kelsey’s stellar communication skills will continue to ensure that profiles and invoices are maintained with ease. She will work closely with the Client Services and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring that there is a smooth process between both groups.
