Kristina Zoto started with ALKU in April of 2016 on the Medical Device team. From the beginning, Kristina has been a force to be reckoned with. Her passion, engagement, and willingness to help, partnered with her success as a salesperson, earned her the promotion to Medical Device QVC Sales Manager.
During her time at ALKU, Kristina has found great personal success and made many crucial connections with top accounts. All the while, Kristina has involved herself outside of just the Medical Device team and revenue as a whole. Kristina is always one of the biggest cheerleaders for fundraising efforts and getting her group involved in the local community. In 2020, Kristina helped put together and run ALKU’s first women’s conference alongside ALKU Women Empowered.
Kristina’s drive and natural ability to lead by example have impacted many at ALKU. From her direct reports, to teammates, to women throughout the company, Kristina is a role model to many. When the opportunity came for Kristina to get involved with Medical Device RS, she jumped at the opportunity and has been able to greatly impact the team ever since. With this and much more, ALKU is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kristina Zoto to Senior Medical Device QVC & RS Sales Manager!
In her new role, Kristina will oversee both Medical Device QVC and Medical Device RS account managers and will continue to grow and lead the teams. Congratulations, Kristina! We cannot wait to see all you will accomplishment in this new role.
“Kristina Zoto has always been a cornerstone for the Medical Device group. She has been able to earn opportunity through hard work and identifying and exploiting employee strengths. She coined and delivered on the ‘Med 2.0’ mentality in QVC and created a culture in Med QVC that is as strong as it gets. When there was an opportunity to have Med RS be supported as well, Kristina was ready for the challenge. She has been able to continue the growth of both divisions, while finding creative ways to manufacture opportunity for her people. I know she will continue to do just that in her new role. She has always been dedicated and unstoppable when it comes to getting people up to speed. We are stoked to have Kristina leading the Med QVC and RS teams and know she will stop at nothing to keep the Med 2.0 theme going wherever she goes. Congrats on your promotion to Senior Manager, Kristina!” -Dave Esteves, Vice President of Life Sciences
“Let’s GOOOOO KZ! Congratulations! It’s about time we started sharing Kristina with more people at the company. The time, commitment, and passion you’ve put in Med RS is amazing. The ability to take your talents and double them for a second team is so damn impressive. If you’ve had the privilege of working with Kristina, you know how driven and dedicated she is to develop a team. She’s creative, energetic, and one of the most accountable people at the company. On top of it all- she’s now responsible for two of the top revenue producing groups – not an easy job to take on. Kristina, we knew putting you in this role was one of the best moves we’ve ever made for Medical Device. The future is so bright for you- and I thank my lucky stars all the time having you in my corner. You are such a force to be reckoned with and so many women at ALKU look to you as a role model. Keep kicking ass- congrats! <3” -Patty Blanchard, Director of Medical Device Recruiting
“Kristina Zoto is one of the all-time great account managers in ALKU history. Her accomplishments are too long to list. What is more impressive, is her ability to lead by example and inspire those who report to her. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Kristina over the last five years. I always knew how good she was at her job, but over the last year I have had the opportunity to see firsthand how impressive she really is. Her people adore her, they look up to her, they respect her, and they blindly follow her. She has a natural ability to connect with people and find ways to motivate those on her team. Kristina is always calm, cool, and collected and teaches ALKU process to a tee.
She has been instrumental in all of Med RS’s recent growth. She has focused on the development of new account managers while also helping John Barrett through his roadmap. All the while managing Anthony Fratturelli and having Med QVC running like a well-oiled machine. In this new position, Kristina will manage two of the larger groups in the company. She will continue to excel in this role and support Med in reaching the next level of success. I consider myself lucky to look at Kristina as a partner in Medical Device Sales. Congrats Kristina, I think we both know this is only the beginning. I am excited to see what the rest of your career holds!” -Bob Cordaro, Director of Medical Device Sales
