We sat down with the man, the legend… ALKU’s President, Andrew Bull to ask him some of our burning questions!
What is your favorite podcast?
I like listening to the Tim Ferriss Show. It’s a long-form interview podcast. He interviews interesting people and top performers from all walks of life.
Who would you want to have coffee with?
I’d like to have coffee with Tom Hanks. He seems like a down to earth guy who has lots of interesting stories.
What ERGs are you a part of?
I am a member of ALKU’s Green Team!
What ALKU Gives Back events or programs have you participated in?
Multiple Rodman Rides for Kids, Junior Achievement, VTO days at the Animal Shelter, and volunteering at the Lazarus House.
Are you involved in giving back in your local community?
Yes, my wife and I contribute to multiple charitable organizations on the North Shore. Including Sustainable Marblehead, SPUR Marblehead, Lifebridge, and others.
What’s your career theme song?
I can’t say I have a specific theme song, but when I think about ALKU’s theme song I think of “Levels” by Avicii, and “Don’t You Worry Child” by Swedish House Mafia.
What app can’t you live without?
I’m probably the only one left who uses the Pandora app for music, but I couldn’t live without it.
What is your favorite office lunch spot?
Shawsheen- I like just about everything, but the Chicken Salad Club with avocado on toasted sourdough is the best!
What is your go-to pick from the snack closet?
Milano cookies
How do you Have Fun Working Hard™?
Working hard with my colleagues has always been the best way. I also really enjoyed the inside jokes we would create as a division while working on the phones.
What is your biggest career advice?
Become great at the job position you have so that you get a chance at a new one.
Andrew’s Bio:
Andrew Bull started his career with ALKU as the company’s first intern. Throughout his ten years of industry experience, Andrew has carved his way to become ALKU’s President! Andrew has responsibility for overall revenue operations and strategy. This includes the management of the other business leaders, client and consultant plans, and the execution of all operations. His efforts are focused on driving growth by ensuring that all employees have a smooth and clear career path with direction in front of them. Additionally, he will ensure that ALKU’s corporate and talent divisions have a clear direction and understanding in order to be able to support the revenue divisions and their growth.
