Meet the Vice President of Healthcare IT, Dave Tuell!

We sat down with the Vice President of Healthcare IT, Dave Tuell to ask him some burning questions!

What is your favorite podcast?
Joe Rogan Experience, unless it’s hockey season, then it’s Spittin’ Chicklets.

Who would you want to have coffee with?
Kobe Bryant- the best mindset to ever walk the planet.

What ERGs are you a part of?
I am not currently part of an ERG, but I am on the DE&I Council!

What ALKU Gives Back events or programs have you participated in?
The Rodman Ride for Kids, Lazarus House VTO, Salvation Army Angels, etc.

Are you involved in giving back in your local community?
I am a board member for the mentoring charity in my hometown called CYE or “Community Youth Empowerment”, along with being a Big Brother in the Big Brother Big Sister program. I also run my own scholarship at my high school, which I named after my grandfather- Leonardo Migliore Memorial Scholarship.

What’s your career theme song?
“Grinding All My Life”- Nipsey Hussle

What app can’t you live without?
Waze, I never remember directions on my own.

What is your favorite office lunch spot?
La Rosa’s or Dagastinos, at La Rosa’s my go to order is the Drunken Parm. At Dagastinos I’m ordering a Proscuitto and Mortadella with oil, mayo, cheese, and lettuce.

What is your go-to pick from the snack closet?
Hot Fries, by a mile.

How do you Have Fun Working Hard™?
Celebrating every deal like it’s the first deal we’ve ever got.

What is your biggest career advice?
Never get too comfortable.

Dave’s Bio:
Dave began at ALKU in June of 2012 as an SAP Recruiter. In Dave’s role as Vice President, he plays a large part in the growth of the Healthcare IT, Cyber Security, and Data Science divisions. He oversees these three divisions in Andover, Charlotte, and Franklin. Dave is a leader and viewed as a role model by the ALKrew. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help others. Dave plays a large role in the overall growth and direction of ALKU.
