Nate Hoffman started with ALKU as an intern at the Durham, NH Training Center in 2016, coming on full-time in June of 2017 as a Pharmaceutical QVC Recruiter. Nate’s urgency, selflessness, and determination led him to be promoted to Pharmaceutical QVC Recruiting Manager in June of 2020.
As a manager, Nate has more direct reports than almost any manager at company. He brings a fierce competitiveness and passion to his team, helping to lead the Pharmaceutical team to the title of ALKU’s Division of the Year in 2020. When Pharmaceutical RS was in need of a recruiting manager, Nate was the obvious choice, jumping at the opportunity without even skipping a beat. He has developed two incredible leaders between the QVC and RS teams, all while managing desk level and senior employees.
For years, Nate has developed an absolute powerhouse of a recruiting team, along with developing successful managers and future leaders at ALKU. With this and much more, ALKU is excited to announce the promotion of Nate Hoffman to Senior Pharmaceutical QVC & RS Recruiting Manager!
In his new role, Nate will continue to oversee and develop the Pharmaceutical RS and QVC recruiting teams and leadership team. Congratulations, Nate! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish in your new role!
