For the 3rd year in a row, ALKU has been named a Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Best Staffing Firms to Work For Grand Prize Winner! This is the 11th year for ALKU earning a spot on the SIA Best Staffing Firms to Work For list!
The ALKrew celebrated this victory by having ice cream in all offices on Wednesday afternoon. This made the day even more special!
This list is based off an employee feedback survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness compensation and benefits.
