How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

There’s a running joke on my team that if I could have a desk next to every employee, I would. When I have downtime, I love catching up and interacting with employees. I try to keep things light and fun, no matter what each day brings. The work will always be there – but the people and relationships are equally as important.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

I get involved by participating in our volunteer and fundraising programs. I volunteer at the Greater Boston Food Bank, fundraise for the Rodman Ride, and participate in the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program every year. I am also part of our AWE Employee Resource Group (ERG).

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

I love my downtime and my weekends! For me, it’s all about staying active, practicing self-care, traveling to new places, trying new food, and spending quality time with my friends, family, and my puppy, Murphy.
