Vice President

Lauren graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and joined ALKU in 2012 as a member of the Pay/Bill team, focusing specifically on consultant services. Since starting at ALKU, Lauren has continued to develop her team parallel to company growth. As a Vice President, Lauren is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, Benefits, Operations, Payroll and Personnel Services for all seven of our office locations. Lauren will continue to work with the Leadership team to develop and drive overall business initiatives and vision.


Lauren believes that passion for what you do is the foundation of any successful endeavor, and she transfers this concept throughout her teams.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard?”

It’s impossible to walk through the ALKU offices without getting caught up in the Have Fun Working Hard culture. I am lucky to have the best teams made up of the most hard-working and hilarious people. It makes the days here fly by.

Outside of ALKU:
Lauren considers herself a “foodie” and enjoys discovering new foods and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys traveling to new countries and most importantly, spending time with her dogs, Tyson and Frankie.
