Lauren graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and joined ALKU in 2012 as a Payroll and Billing team member, focusing on personnel services. Since starting at ALKU, Lauren has continued to develop her teams parallel to company growth. As a Vice President, Lauren oversees all aspects of Human Resources, Benefits, Events and Facilities Planning, Payroll, and Personnel Services for all seven of our office locations. Lauren will continue to work with the Leadership team to develop and drive overall business initiatives and vision.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by being around my teams and being out on the floor with my peers!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by being part of our various ERGs and taking advantage of our VTO opportunities! I am a member of DE&I, AWE, and State of Mind. In addition, I run our Task Force team.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, you can find me hanging out with my dogs, Frankie and Tyson. I also love to travel and try new restaurants!
