Tim Lysaught

Tim Lysaught attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he studied Business and Marketing. Additionally, he played on his universities baseball team. He started his ALKU career in October 2016 as a Healthcare IT Recruiter, recruiting on both Cerner and Epic contract opportunities. Today, Time oversees the Recruiting strategy and efforts from our Healthcare IT divisions, which include Cerner and Epic. He works with Senior Recruiting Managers/Recruiting Managers and provides them with support, advice, strategy, and anything else that will continue to grow and improve the Recruiting teams. Outside of being focused on his specific divisions, he is involved in company strategy and decision-making, where he gets the chance to think big picture as ALKU grows!

I Have Fun Working Hard® by celebrating each person’s success, whether a big or small accomplishment. I love to stay engaged and involved with everyone, both professionally and personally. Our culture and office environment is fantastic; it is upbeat and energetic, and we love poking fun at each other to keep it fun and light!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved is with as many individuals as possible. We have a growing company, and it is so much fun to meet others, hear their passions, listen to their stories, learn about them as people, and do anything I can to make a positive impact in their lives and careers!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Anyone who knows me sees that I spend ALL my time outside work with my Family. My wife and three kids are the absolute joy of my life, and I enjoy every moment I spend with them. Going to our favorite parks and restaurants, watching movies, having “Pizza Night,” and just soaking it all up is what I love. If I have more time, I love golfing, hanging out with friends, and watching Sports. I am an avid Kansas City sports fan, so I catch all the games I can!
