Senior Director, Billing & Client ServicesAfter graduating from Bentley University, Walt started his ALKU career in 2013 as a Billing Coordinator. Today, he oversees ALKU’s Client Services, Billing, and Purchase Order teams, where he aids the onboarding and billing of new and existing clients while working closely with the sales teams to resolve client issues.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by keeping the culture alive on the floor. I have a loud personality, so I love keeping people motivated and maintaining the company vibe at a high level!
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by stepping outside my comfort zone. Whether it’s joining a new committee or helping out with a process that does not relate to my day-to-day work, I love getting ideas out and being getting an outside perspective.
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I enjoy golfing daily, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
