Since day one, Tim has been leveling up and impressing those around him. He never slows down and is high performing, consistent, and incredibly reliable. Tim has played a vital role in helping to transform the Cerner and Epic recruiting teams. He is always more than willing to spend time helping those around him and doing whatever it takes to bring individuals to new heights.
Tim has taken ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture and fully emerged himself in it. He is a member of ALKU’s Employee Resource Group, known as ALKU Parents, and is a member of the Intern Engagement Committee. Tim is always looking for new ways to get involved and keep ALKU’s Charlotte office culture alive.
In his new role, Tim will oversee all the recruiting delivery development and efforts for Epic, Cerner, Commercial, and Cerner Federal. He will continue to partner with the Healthcare IT Sales Leadership and Account Managers to ensure proper strategy and delivery are met.
