Aleksia started her ALKU career in February 2016, working at the front desk in Andover. She quickly became a vital member of the Operations team, which was very small at the time. She developed rapidly to become the Operations Manager. Aleksia was able to grow the group and become Senior Operations Manager. In February 2022, she was instrumental in the merger of the Operations and Business Technology teams, becoming the Senior Technology Manager. She has had a fantastic career through individual contribution and people development.
In her years with ALKU, Aleksia has proven time and time again to be a reliable, friendly, and mission-critical employee. She has launched new offices, programs, and tools. She has developed employees and leaders. She continues to think beyond herself and drive the company’s overall strategy. She will be a great asset to the Director team.
Aleksia fully embraces ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture. She celebrates others’ success, brings energy to her role and team, and gives back to her role and team. She loves giving back to her community, whether it’s through Volunteer Time Off (VTO) or College Relationship Development (CRD) events. Additionally, Aleksia is a member of ALKU’s Employee Resource Group, ALKU Women Empowered (AWE). She continues to make ALKU a better place to work daily.
In Aleksia’s new role, she will continue to focus on the growth of the Enterprise and Strategic Technology teams and the development of its leaders. She will provide strategy and solutions to better the Technology group and ALKU.
