A Saint Michael’s College graduate, Anna started her ALKU career in 2015 as a Consultant Administrator. Today, she oversees ALKU’s entire Personnel Services team by developing strong leaders, finding new ways to specialize in her area, and thinking strategically about growing her employee’s success. Anna also sits on ALKU’s DE&I Team and is the Executive Sponsor of the company’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group. 

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by spending time with my team! We love joking, bursting into spontaneous songs or dances, solving tricky problems, and being together. I might be biased, but they are the best.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

There are many ways to get involved outside of your day-to-day job at ALKU, which is one of the many reasons I love working here. My favorite way in recent years has been sitting on the DE&I Team. Helping make a change at ALKU motivates me and empowers my team to do the same!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

When I’m not working, I spend time with my dog, June, friends, and family!
