Vice President, Revenue Strategy

James started as an ALKU Intern in 2012, becoming a full-time employee in 2013, and eventually growing into one of the company’s top Account Managers. Throughout this career, he has developed and trained countless employees to help them reach their maximum potential, demonstrating a positive outlook and approach. As Vice President, Revenue Strategy, James is responsible for strategically acquiring, retaining, and penetrating client accounts across the company. He is also in charge of implementing new sales initiatives, providing unique access, reporting for sales data, supporting technology, and marketing related to ALKU’s Revenue groups.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by being in the office and trying to increase the volume whenever possible! Nothing makes me happier than hearing the buzz in the office and being a part of it. Celebrating employees’ success with a deal song or a chant will never get old.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by participating in our ERGs and helping to support ALKU’s DE&I initiatives. As a member of ALKU’s DE&I Team and Unity and State of Mind ERGs, these groups have made me feel closer to my coworkers and the company.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of ALKU, I love checking out new restaurants around Boston and traveling whenever possible. At home, I have two Labradoodles, Frankie and Tyson. A fun fact about me is that I am obsessed with space; if there is a crazy night sky, you can find me outside with my telescope!
