Leah Bourdon

Leah joined ALKU as a Recruiter and played an integral part in building and managing her team and its leaders. Later in her career, she transitioned to develop the Talent pillar. Due to her incredible drive and work ethic, Leah advanced into her current role as Vice President. In this role, Leah’s area of responsibility continues to be one of the most critical pieces to the growth and future of ALKU—the acquisition of new talent and the training and development of her pillar. Leah will continue to oversee all these areas and expand them to allow ALKU to grow.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by always laughing when working in the office. I have fun with whatever topic I am working on at the moment with whoever I am working with!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way’s to get involved at ALKU is by being a part of various ERGs and DE&I! In addition, I am a founder of AWE and parents group. I also enjoy giving back by attending the Rodman Ride for Kids as well as the Falmouth Road Race.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU:
Outside of ALKU, I spend time with my two children and two dogs. We enjoy doing activities outdoors and are always on the go! In my free time, I love doing CrossFit and enjoy reading. You can find me on Goodreads!
