I “Have Fun Working Hard®” by finding creative ways to connect with employees. Whether it’s group lunches or ‘Coffee with the VPs’, I enjoy making conversations and relationship-building part of the workday.
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
Walking the ALKU floor and talking with employees. I especially enjoy celebrating weekly spread highs and congratulating people on their career milestones.
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I spend time with my wife and our four children. In the summer, you can usually find us hiking in the woods, at the beach, or relaxing at Lake Winni.
