Are you involved in giving back in your local community?
I constantly donate clothes and other household items versus throwing things away! I find it very important to donate when you can.

I must say I do love Whole Foods sushi selections… I might even like it better than Thyme. I am also a sucker for the mac n cheese at the hot bar.

How do you Have Fun Working Hard™?
I Have Fun Working Hard™ by always joking and laughing with everyone about whatever is going on throughout the day. However, suppose you take things TOO seriously. In that case, you miss the opportunity to build positive morale within your groups which is arguably one of the most important parts of creating a fun environment to work in!
What is your biggest career advice?
Always try and keep a level head! Staffing is full of curveballs and surprises, but they are all normal, and as long as you are learning something from each experience and applying it, the next time, you will succeed.

She is always willing to go out of her way for people within the groups she works with, as well as for people throughout the company. She is a role model to others who want to be in Leadership and always leads by example through her actions.
As Senior Director of ERP Recruiting, Micaela is responsible for the oversight of recruiting within Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Kronos, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle Cloud groups. She does develop and work with recruiting managers in these areas and plays a large part of the recruiting operations within these groups and within ALKU as a whole.
