Sales Director, Pharmaceutical

While attending the University of New Hampshire, Charles first learned about ALKU at a Sales Club meeting. He started his ALKU career in 2016 as an SAP Recruiting Intern before joining full-time in 2018 as a Pharmaceutical Account Manager. Today, Charles is responsible for developing leaders across the entire division, providing sales strategy and coordination across the groups, and leading problem-solving and process improvement initiatives across the company.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by constantly improving myself, our teams, and ALKU as a company. Watching our people succeed is the most fun part of the job, and that happens through problem-solving and improvement, creating an environment where our employees have the best chance to exceed their goals.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by spending as much meaningful time with as many employees at ALKU as I can. I’ve gained so much through the years by having several mentors and people to learn from, and I try to do the same whenever possible. Mentoring is such a core component of ALKU, and I love being able to witness it firsthand every single day.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I love golfing, whether playing different courses or practicing the game. I also love being outdoors, reading, traveling, and playing and watching other sports.
