Charles Nevejans attended the University of New Hampshire, where he majored in Finance and Management. While attending university, he was a member of the Sales Club and played club golf. Charles first learned about ALKU at a Sales Club meeting. He started his ALKU career in 2016 as a Recruiting Intern for SAP. After his first year, he switched to Account Management and went full-time in 2018, where he joined our Pharmaceutical team. As the Director of Pharmaceutical Sales, Charles is responsible for developing leaders across the entire division, providing sales strategy and coordination across the groups, and leading problem-solving/process improvement across the company. Currently, he oversees 4 teams – Quality, Technical Engineering & Validation, Regulatory & Scientific, and Research & Development.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by constantly working to improve myself, our teams, and ALKU. Watching our people succeed is the most fun part of the job, and that happens through problem-solving and improvement, creating an environment where our employees have the best chance to exceed their goals.
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by spending as much meaningful time with as many employees at ALKU as I can. I’ve gained so much through the years by having several mentors and people to learn from that I try and do the same whenever possible.
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU & friends/family, I love golfing, whether playing different courses or practicing the game. I also love being outdoors, reading, traveling, and playing/watching sports.
