Dan Alberico

After attending Bentley University, Dan started his ALKU career in 2012 as a Recruiting Intern. Today, he oversees ALKU’s SAP, Salesforce, Kronos, and UKG groups and is responsible for the decision-making, direction, and development of the brand’s future leaders.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by trying to bring a positive “how can I make a difference?” attitude to everything I do throughout the day. I also love some friendly banter throughout the office – if you don’t take me too seriously, there is a good chance we will have a lot of laughs!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

I love getting involved in anything ALKU does, from subcommittees, internal contests, CRD events, and all our charitable efforts. Since 2022, I have helped spearhead ALKU’s annual Julie’s Giraffes bowling fundraiser; this event is so close to my heart and is one of my favorite ALKU traditions to help bring to life. 

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

I am always trying to spend time with my family and friends. Additionally, I constantly play sports, spend time on Lake Winnipesaukee, and love eating delicious food!
