Recruiting Director, Business ApplicationsDan Alberico attended Bentley University. He started his ALKU career in February 2012 as a Recruiting Intern. As Director of Business Applications Recruiting, he oversees SAP, Salesforce, Kronos, and UKG groups. In addition, he is responsible for the decision-making and direction of the brand and for developing new leaders for ALKU.
How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by trying to bring a positive (how can I make a difference?) attitude to everything I am a part of throughout the day. I also love friendly banter throughout the office, and if you don’t take me too seriously, there is a good chance we will laugh a lot while I am doing it!
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
I love getting involved in anything ALKU does, from sub-committees to internal contests, CRD events, and all our charitable work. Of course, I can’t forget getting involved in our championship flag football team as well!
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I am always trying to spend time with my family while also making time for multiple different friend groups. Additionally, I constantly play sports, spend time on Lake Winnipesaukee, and love eating delicious food!
